OCD and dream like feelings

Does anyone who struggles with OCD ever had an experience with derealisation? it’s been happening for the past couple days and it’s so scary.

Derealisation can be really scary. In the past I have struggled with both OCD and derealisation. It’s hard not feeling connected to the world around you. Do you feel like grounding exercises make any difference? I don’t have much advice for you besides from a reminder that you are not alone.

Hii sorry the late response I do and it’s slowly brought me back to feeling less out of body I still feel it here and there but it’s getting better
