A lot has happened

A lot has happened

Have my therapist appointment tomorrow but received word today that she was rushed to hospital today I hope she's allright. Yesterdays shift in dementia ward I was verbally and physically abused [edited by moderator] by another client and not even my supported client in the ward I've reported it to management and told to stay away from her I knew something like this would happen eventually as clients with dementia have no control over their brain, guess I was the lucky one. The super news is I display my macrame up @ the local hall with all the other crafts they have I've displayed 2 months now in August I sold a piece of macrame it's a good feeling when it happens

Hi @Spitfire1

Just letting you know I've edited your post to remove a description of abuse. Please reach out to us via team@saneforums.org if you have any concerns :)

I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you. I hope you are getting enough support from management when incidents like this occur, they can have a big impact and also a cumulative one too. You don't deserve to be treated that way, even if the clients do have dementia.

Congrats on being able to display and sell some art! That's awesome!
