Managing thoughts of suicide & self-harm

burn out

burn out

hello,

This is my first post in nearly 2 years. I am grieving a significant loss, and struggling to find time for myself in a busy life. I am feeling burnt out and often think about self-harm and suicide.

Re: burn out

Hi @Parzival , I'm sorry to hear about the significant loss you are grieving. It must be such a difficult time for you as you try to navigate life. Have you had a chance to speak to someone about how you are feeling?

Hey @Parzival

Welcome back to the forums. I wish it was under better circumstances. It sounds like you have been going through a lot recently. Loss can be so difficult to deal with. Do you have anyone in your life that you can talk to? It seems like those thoughts could be a heavy burden to carry by yourself. Do you have a safety plan? It might be helpful to think of one when you’re not in crisis just in case things get worse for you.
