Just got home from GP and it was confirmed that I did indeed have a small stroke a couple of weeks ago

"Don't tell your family **** I tell myself"

I'm good now but was very frightened and anxious at first

No great concern except some facial drooping.

Oh well, thems the breaks huh?

Things are all over the place for me, I'm just plodding along.

That's so scary about the stroke, I've had mini strokes myself (TIA's) so I have to be very careful. Lots of love and hugs to you sweet ❤️.

I have something uplifting for you and @MissGremlin its a soundtrack that has been produced with AI, to remind us of a positive future of a Golden Age. @Taali There is a stroke association in Australia which I checked out a while back with lots of useful information. Docs dont have enough time to tell patients where to get support. But the website is there if you need it. I had to do the same with diabetes. Was given limited info and just sent home with a med! Rang Diabetes Australia and got plenty of extra care. It made a huge difference in my life. Also saw a diabetes educator who showed me how to use a lancet and blood monitor and coach me through an exercise program. There are some really really nice compassionate workers out there. I was happy with the insights they shared on my health journey!
