Hi @Clemson26

Whilst I haven't lost my mother I did lose my father and struggled for a long time afterwards.

It can be very hard to loose a parent, well loose anyone for that matter.

I can't really give you any advice on what helps, I think it differs so much for each person. It would be so much easier if there was a manual.

I can say however that you are not alone. It is ok to feel the way you are.

If it helps talking or writing on here then know there are others that have gone through what you are experiencing now.

Hi @Clemson26

Losing a parent is really hard. I lost my dad and can really relate to wanting one last hug. Fresh grief is the worst. I think it does get better (maybe not better but different) as time passes. Does it help to talk about her? I found that talking about my dad helps me remember him and keep him somewhat around.
