Hey @Realness I really hope you find this! Thanks for your post and thank you @Chasingsunsets for putting us together! I was very close to giving up on SANE but am hanging on as I've seen some small improvements. I did go elsewhere but you 'guys' weren't there!! I can't say too much but my friend has become very unreliable with contact. It's a really complicated friendship but I'm not one to leave because things become tough. I've struggled with my value and self-worth because of it but am now putting the friendship in the background a bit more. Addiction doesn't make for healthy relationships. I've been clean and sober for a couple of months now and feel freer, although I still crave for something I've been smoking for over 50 years. Typical. I give it up when it becomes legal! 😆

Are you going to get the other three books of the Wicked series? Have you started doing the next theology course? I can't remember what the next one was going to be. I can totally relate to the exhaustion from anxiety! It always seems stupid in hindsight but very real at the time! Sending you all hugs and much love ❤️

The song worked! I think things will work okay until we get to the second page of posts - then we can't see them and need to start a new discussion ... unless it's fixed? I haven't checked.

I don't know how I did it now, @Realness . I put up a song on the music thread and it didn't work. Only difference was I was on my laptop instead of the phone. Most of my messages are going to the last page. Big improvement though! I can't see anyone else's posts unless I'm tagged. Maybe that's how its meant to be now. I hope you're having a good day!
