I am not familiar with anything like that but I know that there are government grants for starting a small business , it's called the NEIS Program and I think each state offers small business grants, I have known people to get them for all sorts of reasons such as music or arts but not sure specifically with mental health concerns, but they help you do a business plan when you do that program so you get some help with that.
I have heard they grants are worth doing even with all the paperwork that is involved.
