New chapter begins here

Hi i was contemplating the exact same thing merely a quater of an hour ago, may i ask how confident are you? And if so i need advice, how i can jumo on board as i've come to the conclusion that i just need a mental reset/nee chapater in life, but am i suppose to just drop the current narrative and decide or do something about it, and what? I dont change easily i attatch to my thoughts and experiences but i know that its not beneficial at this point seeking resolution, the only resolution is a new chapater, i wish us both well, good luck with your next chap, chap.
