The Drugs Don't Work Anymore

Hi again

I've been hearing voices again and am getting to the point where the medication isn't working for me ATM.. I know there are alternatives spoken about before we get to the point of contact but Im not looking forward to going down this path again.

Not sure what to do I know the doctors are working for me to do everything they can but just feel isolated in my experience not knowing what comes next..

I know my meds can be boosted but then what?

Anyway calm for the moment and just wanted to reach out hoping someone can talk me through the treatment resistant part.

I hear how exhausting and uncertain this is feeling for you right now, @supermodel . It sounds like you have already been through so much with medications, treatment discussions, and the ups and downs that can come with all of this, and now finding yourself hearing voices again may feel really frightening and discouraging.
I also hear the fear in wondering “then what?” and not knowing what comes next. When things start feeling less predictable, it can leave people feeling isolated and as though they are standing in the middle of something really big without a clear map forward.
I'm really glad you reached out and shared this with the community tonight. I hear that you’re calm in this moment, but that doesn’t mean what you’re carrying feels any lighter. It makes sense that not knowing the next step could feel overwhelming, and we imagine there may be a lot of uncertainty and heaviness sitting alongside that right now.
You do not have to sit with all of these thoughts by yourself tonight. 🤍
