I'm so sorry to hear that. Those horrible days, people and thoughts need to be quelled so that we can find at least a glimpse of goodness in our worlds.
I truly hope and pray to my own creator spirit that light finds it way to you.
Please reach out to what and whoever supports you can find.
As hard as it is, you need to push through and chip away at the incapacitating barriers that face you right now.
While I completely understand that words from a stranger may not seem helpful or truly genuine, please be assured that you are not alone.
Try to find some inner love and set those horrible feelings and thoughts aside for even a few minutes.
