Re: Help
yes maybe you have picked a couple of things from the past and decided that.
If you picked a couple of different things from the past, the answer may be different.
anyway sounds like you need to talk to someone unless you are okay with your self diagnosis ?
Not sure I have any good answers
I was just replying

Hi @Lynda,
Your original post is here:
You posted it on the 'Carers Forum'. You are now on the 'Lived Experience' forum, which is possibly a better place for you to get a response. In any case, I have posted a brief reply to your post there.
Kind wishes.

Re: Help
Dear Lynda,
Are you sure of your diagnosis?Has it been confirmed by a health care professional? Even if the diagnosis is correct remember thet YOU are not your diagnosis. You are a unique, precious individual, and even if you have received a psychiatric diagnosis that doesn't make you less of a human being. You are a human being with some problems, but on this forum most of us have problems that we try to cope with. First, check the diagnosis. Then find out what it means for your life (in the form of treatment and guidance), then remember that you are a valued member of society and value the positives in your life. Iam sure you will come through all this!

Re: Help
You my friend have empathy. You feel bad when you do something wrong. Stop labelling your self as something and getting all worked up over it. Go seek help. All your emotions at the moment are out of whack and your not seeing clear. Take a breath and take control because I know you can.
