just had to share my excitement I'm 150 days sober, seeing life so much clearer, no mental health episodes in that time, and off my psych meds. I also removed the toxic people from my life.
The beginning was a total battle I couldnt see the light but I took it hour by hour day by day.
fir those out there starting your sober battle, you've got this and your not alone.

I am so incredibly proud of you! 150 days is a massive achievement, especially knowing how much of a battle the beginning was. Seeing you reach this level of clarity and peace is amazing. Thank you for sharing that light with everyone, it's certainly going to inspire a lot of people!

I hope that something good comes out of my battle, my darkest days withdrawing from alcohol and seeing it no longer has a place in my life, and inspires others on there journey.
