Need help

I grew up in a disfunctional family where my daddy & mummy are always yelling at each other. My daddy always yells at me for no reason. I dont know what i did? I dont feel good. Yelp?

First of all love to you. I think what needs to be done here is not try to repair or change our family members or feel sorry for what you experience. What is worth your time is reaching out to people who communicate with you how you feel you should be treated and do things that give you self worth. In the meantime call mental health and relationship counselling crisis lines and talk.
