my daughter said something so true today. she said " i look at it this way. nothing can be said to me which is any worse than what i have already said to myself". broke my heart. this is so true though. i hope everyone feels a moment of love and kindness today. love bun x

@StuF its been good. saw my psychologist. i then went to the local park which was beautiful. then my worker and i made burgers for linner. did some stuff to help my middle son settle into his supported living. eldest came over for a visit. and now am thinking of having a nap. all in all it was a busy but productive day.
