Feeling crazy today

Feeling crazy today

Hi all,

I'm having a nightmare and I feel mentally ill

I don't want to go to Hospital because I probably won't get admitted like always! I'm trying to feel alright but I'm just reaching out for some spiritual guidance.

Thanks everyone.

Re: Feeling crazy today

Hey @Kandi, and welcome to the forums. I hear that today has gotten off to a difficult start for you, as the nightmare you've experienced as really impacted your mental health ☹️.

I'm very glad that you've made the decision to create this post today. Being open about your mental health takes vulnerability and strength. It's clear that you're putting in so much effort to try and bring a little bit more lightness and gentleness to your day, and the community is here to support you with this 🌿. You mention that you're looking for some spiritual guidance - are you able to share a bit more about what this would look like for you? Such as if you'd like suggestions around certain practices, or if there are any areas that resonate with you. That helps the community best support you 🌺.

Keep looking after yourself today 🌠.

@Kandi I think a Mad Studies did a discussion topic on Spirituality. Somehow it seems relevant.

just an example ... might be too academic

There is material floating around. I take a fairly loose interest.

Some people interpret experiences as transcendent or liminal, rather than psychotic per se. It can be tricky these days, knowing what is culturally a norm, cos we all come from so many different backgrounds.

Take care
