Not so well , didn't go well at the JP

My arthritis is playing up

And the issue with my intestinal tract is play up .

With my migraines intensifying

My week was busy busy due to house inspection, thank goodness that's done and dusted now!

I have a secret to tell

I love to sing , I use singing to help maintain my mental health .

I've been sing for over 5 years now

I use to sing twice a week for 2-3 hours

But lately it's been once or twice every two weeks .

Ok , will do 😄

I really love that @Former-Member - singing is so good for our mental health too - my psych told me it helps stimulate the vagus nerve, which is involved in all sorts of functions but most notably the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system (which are responsible for feeling safe and at rest, or activated and ready to fight/flight/freeze/fawn). It's literally a way to self-soothe!

I sing in the shower lots hehehe
