Hi everyone and thank you for your good wishes, prayers and thoughts.

I have decided to take some time off from Sane for a little while as I am not in the best place mentally. I have been very depressed, as well as having uncomfortable dreams about people I loved and who rejected me. I don't think I've had a day where I haven't cried because I am so emotional.

I am too emotionally involved and my mental bucket is so empty it's bone dry.

I will continue to pray for y'all and hope that you are blessed beyond measure with kindness, love and understanding.

Hello @ENKELI my sweet, I'm sorry to hear that you're not in the best place mentally. Feeling depressed and having uncomfortable dreams is so incredibly tough. Please know that you have a whole community here who love and care for you so much. We will always be here for you sweetheart if/when you are ready to come back.

This time of year is not easy and brings up a lot for people. Know that you are not alone and have our solidarity during this difficult time in your life.
