Re: The end

Hi @Josh93 welcome to the forums. I'm hearing that you're struggling with thoughts of suicide at the moment. I'm going to send you an email, just to check in - keep an eye out.

For now, what do you think would be helpful tonight from the forums community?

Re: The end

hey @Josh93 i'm really sorry to hear how hard it's been, those heavy thoughts must be quite overwhelming. do you have professional supports (i.e. psych, GP, support worker, etc) that you can reach out?

i'll link a few free services here - you deserve to feel heard!!!

what would help you stay safe right now? (whether it's watching a comfort show/movie, having coffee with a friend, listening to music, journaling, etc) we've also got this ~ Toolshed 2: Power Tools for Recovery ~ thread where members have shared quotes/tools that have helped them through.

i know it can feel really scary and lonely when those thoughts get darker, but i do want to let you know that you're not alone. we're here for you and rooting for you.

i absolutely believe that change is possible, that things can and will get better. trusting that things will be okay is hard, but i hope you keep pushing through. we'd love to support you on your journey 💗

(p.s. one of the mods has sent you an email last week, just to check-in with you - do let us know if you're safe 😊)

Re: The end

Hey @Josh93 , if you're still around i'm happy to chat with you and support you through your hard journey, as some who has "heard the call" many times myself. The team and other members here have been really encouraging and supportive to me, even when i've felt hope fading. I hope you give them the chance to show you also. Take care.
