Hi @ArraDreaming id like to see a bit more guidelines on dealing with triggers on the forum and triggering interactions
Id like to see training for all peer worker's and moderators and also that senior members of the forums can act in more peer roles and be guides to new ppl and that also there be moderators if things are unsafe
Id also like to see a more trauma focussed approach where those who struggle with trauma can be treated like equals and empowered
Id like to see less bullying and less discriminatory or gender divisive language and more sensitivity to cultural needs.
Id like to have more progressive spaces to address alternatives to target behaviours and maybe more nuanced approaches to those who experience distress
