I used to watch renovation videos where they changed unexpected small spaces into liveable properties. On YouTube too.

Was up before sunrise today too, @Shaz51 except I stayed in bed playing around with my breathing whilst trying to fall back asleep. Didn't work, just got me remembering unnecesary memories.

Done mopping the kitchen floor!

@MissGremlin @Shaz51

We're having a new minister installed in our first service today... it's a bit scary because I don't want anyone to take my spot or force me to sit past where I can cope... front 3 rows thank you very much... near the door I can escape from and away from the cameras...

@Shaz51 Tiny houses are fast becoming the way. Especially for the younger generation for most can never afford homes at the going prices. Not even with 2 wages!

The benefits, i gloomily predicted when Paul Keating pushed his superannuation scheme through at the time. For our 'wonderful' superannuation scheme will make sure the prices of 'all investable properties' will go through the roof. And it sure has.

In Perth for example an average home in 1991 would cost in Perth around $78,000 the price of a home in Perth today is around 500,000.

Now someone might say yes sure but the wages of also gone up. This is true however in 1991 a home would cost about 4 times an average yearly wage today it is close to 12 that is a 400 hundred percent increase!

Of course homelessness has gone through the roof. Where now we have families living in cars instead of a rental home. All because rental homes are completely unaffordable, having to pay for the luxury holidaying, to destinations like Bali and Thailand, of many of our Australia's senior population.😱

(In reality who is paying for the retirement of the baby boomers? The baby boomers? Or the current young generation forced to pay exuberant housing cost , both to buy a new home as well as renting one? Yet you should have heard Paul Keating's promises at the time of how good his superannuation schemes would be for us all.)

And now Labour wants to charge those who have spare rooms in their homes a tax for each empty room. Is that not typical? They blame home owners for what they caused to be in the first place. As if taxing those with empty rooms is going to help the homeless, and not just give them even more money to give to their friends. As far fas i'm concerned our government is NO good for the average Australian, only for those people who profit from them being in power, to the cost of our living standards and freedoms both economically as well as socially.

My two cents worth venting.😀
