I just finished an at home pilates class. Chose the easy mat option for today as I'm not super motivated to get more active but I know it's always helpful to at least get some movement going.

@Shaz51 Good morning my friend. How are you? I’m up and just having my first coffee for the day. I’ve cut down on coffee as it’s not great when you are tapering off medicine. I’ve replaced it with more water and some herbal tea.
