Its been lovely weather here and today is on the cooler side. Still feeling sick in bed. Finished the mini puzzle I was working on.

Been a good day so far. Mood lowish but stable, and i passed that nasty kidney stone last night, so not sore any more!

Still a bit sore, but I will not complain as at least I can still walk, unlike others less fortunate.

Kidney stones are more painful than childbirth apparently...I hope you feel better soon....sending love.amd a speedy recovery
