It sounds like you’re feeling alone. That is really difficult. I’m sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. Was he a big support to you? Grief can make everything so complicated. My dad was a great help to me but now his gone and I miss him so much
today is a bit lighter than yesterday but I still for that capacity of it all to be hard n lonely

That must be really difficult. My dad was my biggest supporter before he passed away. I can really empathise with how big the loss is. I found that it helps to see things that remind of him. It does still bring up the feelings of sadness and missing him but it’s also a way to keep his memory alive.
I’m glad today is a bit lighter than yesterday. I hope things will progressively get easier for you. Please be gentle with yourself. Do you have any plans for the weekend?
