Hi, I think you're the peer support worker?

I am new.

I am not good on technology.

I have tried to call 1800187263.

The recorded message says they won't talk to me as my called ID doesn't show my number.

I googled what to do, but it was already set to 'show my number'.

Can they please call me ? Ive sent a message to 'tech issues'. I would have sent it to a more general place, but the link was broken.

I would really like to speak to a person please.

I don't want to post my number here, but you're welcome to email me & then i can tell you, hopefully you are allowed to.

Or please forward this to the relevant person , thank you

hey @Former-Member! i just saw this post now - our system automatically blocked it because of the phone number, so sorry about that!

that's odd that the caller ID isn't showing up for them. here are some alternative options we can offer - if you go to this link: Contact us

  • you can click the webchat option on the bottom right corner and talk to someone (it should look like the image below)
  • or you can fill out the form on the Contact us page and let them know that you've tried contacting them and leave your phone number for them there - this might take a few business days unfortunately whereas the webchat option is quicker
