Goodevening all.
I really just wanted to say how sorry I am for going MIA recently. It's been very up and down here. Feeling like we are getting somewhere then back to ground zero. I'm exhausted.
Sending love and positive energy to all of the careers in the group. We got this!!!! Don't forget how much you matter even if they can't see it.

Welcome back to the forums
Please don't feel the need to apologise, somethimes stepping back is exactly what we need to care for ourselves.
As a carer, I truly understand how tiring it can be to focus so much on another persons needs. Caring can take a lot out of us, both physically and emotionally. Feeling that exhaustion doesn't mean we love them any less, its simply a sign that we also need rest, space and care for ourselves.
Thank you for the love and positive energy, I'm sending the same back to you. Holding onto hope and positivity is such a beautiful way to start each day and I hope things become gentler for you soon.
