hey @JBG welcome to the forums!! great to have you here.
have you ever chatted to a GP or psych about your suspicions?
sometimes it is a bit complicated for us to figure out on our own, and even having those symptoms can mean a number of things. for example, one of the signs of ASD is difficulty around understanding social cues. at the same time, people without ASD may also have difficulty understanding social cues due to things like growing up in social isolation or not having enough experience/exposure in social situations to have developed social skills. talking it through with a professional might help in getting some more clarity around it.

I’m in the process of getting diagnosed with both. You probably know that A.S.D, and A.D.H.D., often go hand in hand. If you’ve had significant early childhood trauma, the symptoms that present, can also mimic neurodivergence, but the challenges faced, are often the same.
Formal diagnosis can be protracted, and expensive unfortunately.
I wish you all the best.

I have my psychiatrist appointment this week. Just know what to ask is confusing me. Just straight out saying I think I have ASD because my everyday experiences feel like a constant battle between two brains? That's all I can come up with. I hate being disorganised but I also can't organise myself would be one example. I love clear predictable environments, but seek spontaneous and new things at the same time. Some days I cant bear to do anything other days I cant stop wanting to do everything...

Hee @JBG ,
Great to have you with us here.
How you have articulating your 'brain' in the post above can certainly be all you need to tell the psych!
Hope you don't over think it.
I can see that you want it to be predictable and be organised, yet I'm also sensing a tad of anxiety? (Correct me if I'm wrong).
Thanks for sharing.

Anxiety, depression, adhd all there! Its easier said than done when I overthink everything anyway.
