Hello All. Have just joined. I've been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (contamination related). I'm in the process of a personal injury claim against the body at fault for causing the disorder. I'm in Victoria. Most personal injury claims have to be assessed by the Medical Panel (Psychiatrists). Are there any community members out there who have gone through this process with their OCD diagnosis? Thanks.

I haven't had personal dealings. But I have read that the panel's decisions "Are binding"
By this I gather that anything that they decide is final and stays on your file. Including overturning the diagnosis or whatever the decision is
