Something’s not right

Sunday night

Sunday night

Hi ll am feeling totally overwhelmed atm

I share a house with a young couple whom argue regularly and are rude and don't speak to me. I have been through a dv marriage which ended 2 years ago l was abused etc for years by my ex wife.Then l got a tirade off the male house mate yesterday. It just bought back all of the bad stuff from the past.plus now l have financial stress until l find another tennant which too months last time. Still having trouble finding work and stress about upcoming surgery.

Not a good atmosphere for your home. Keep advertising and hopefully you’ll get a better fit. I am not overly impressed with some people’s comfort in arguing publicly. If it is in front of you, it is public. Ask them to leave when you can line someone up. With all the housing issues, it shouldn’t take too long.

@john74 @Shaz51

what is your surgery?

@Appleblossom I am.advertising on flatmates etc . I can even hear it when l am in bed they argue in their bedroom then get up and start slamming doors etc sometimes at 2 am. Because of what l am going through l need to be in a calm, relaxed atmosphere not a war zone

Not sure what to suggest. Whether it’s better to get up and posture, and suggest they go outside and keep the noise pollution down. I get that you don’t want them to turn on you, in the heat of the moment.

I have generally put up with stuff, but I don’t know if it’s always the right thing. Sorry, not much help.
