everything sucks
TW: potentially sensitive topics, i want to be heard but not at the expense of your own health
why is there so many respiratory infections spreading at the moment, i swear somewhere or something out there just wants us to die. hayfever has been killing me this month, its lasted so long i think i might be allergic to living.
a family member is immunocompromised so i cant exactly have a social life after uni exams are done (and even then i will be stressing about my results), i wish everyone could just be immune to every illness and disease in existence. i wish my nose was capable of never being blocked or runny, i wish my mouth was incapable of coughing, i wish my throat was incapable of being sore
why is covid still spreading i thought it was eradicated two years ago? i just want to be healthy but apparently thats too much to ask for these days, i can keep myself safe but thats not enough for me i dont want to feel sick EVER again.
im clueless of what can make me feel hopeful of life, and would be appreciative of any suggestions, i've tried coping strategies like taking it easy but it doesnt feel like it works, i know i shouldnt give up but im not sure what would be effective in my situation. i don't want to be a burden to anyone, but i would like strategies to remain sane in the interim. how do i persist when i really want to give up?
