Something’s not right

Waitlists

Waitlists

Hi everyone. I’ve relapsed with an eating disorder and it’s got a strong hold over me. I’ve been going downhill since January, but since March things are getting worse week by week. I feel like I’m on waitlists all over the place, but in reality - I’m looking at at least 6+ months before psychology support. How the hell do you survive until then without getting even worse? Please help

Re: Waitlists

Thanks for your comment. I’ve just created an account here, I’m about to check out what is appropriate for my situation.

Inside out stuff looks good but I don’t think I qualify.

Any chance you know of anything else?

The sane recovery club is different to the forums. @Friday06 it has resources and groups. Maybe Look at @tyme link.
