Firstly thankyou for sharing, it takes alot of strength to do that so well done. I'm sorry to hear that things have been hard for you.

It sounds like alot has happened over the past few years and is understandable that you are feeling the way you are. Have you thought about trying to make an appointment with a gp to get a referral to see a psychologist/counsellor, maybe this time things might be different and you can get some support.

There's alot of different things that have very similar symptoms so self diagnosis isn't always helpful although i know how easy it is to want to have an answer as to why things are the way they are.
