I myself wating on a phone call from oceeca team but it been over a thew weeks I going back to my GP to get a nouther mental health referral to a different provider I need to see a psychologist soon other wise I will be going back to the psyatrc ward my mum will hate me for going back there she don't understand my mental illness .

I'm sorry to hear that your mum isn't more understanding! Totally got all of us here in your corner though! It's alright to need support for our MH, no human being was ever meant to go through life alone anyway! 😊💜
