it is so hard when we feel that we have hit rockbottom. it hurts and it is very sad.
i dont know if you have been in that lowest place before or not. If you have you might remember it felt the worst at the time and then after a while, things slowly started to feel better.
i know how bad i felt but only you can feel your feelings. They are real for you at that time. Then they pass.
your friends on here are listening to you. we are here for you. we wont leave you on your own.
