can anyone recommend organisations in Perth that offer non clinical supports to people suffering from mental illness.
i would like to start to exercise again and engage in activities in the community

Hi. I'm not of many things, but I know ruah and mifwa have peer programs.
Also there are groups like Grow. It depends what you are looking for and where abouts in Perth you are.

i live Down South in the Albany region and also find that there is very little support in Wa for mentally ill people. It be interesting to see if any support will come up for you in Perth, i hope so for you, otherwise lets support one another over here.🤗
