Hi feeling pretty low today

my ex died at Xmas we had a cordial relationship

my kids are devastated

I don’t feel supported at all

I feel alone its debilitating

I'm sorry to hear about your ex. I hear how alone you feel at the moment. What does support look like to you? Is it support for you or support for your children?

I recognise how hard this is for you. We want so support you as much as we can.
