Something’s not right

It's too much

It's too much

I'm angry and frustrated, no one seems to understand, mum asked me to stop sulking but I wasn't sulking, I'm just trying to calm down, but that simple sentence has ruined everything, I'm now in bed crying cause it hurts and I have no clue why, it's too much ,everything is just too much, I was just trying to help, wrap up one of my paintings but it wasn't working, so I took it out and asked for help, I was getting angry so i sat down and tried to calm down by watching a show, but then dad asked for help, but didnt say what with, so i got even more anngry and frustrated, dad saw and told Me nevermind so I went to my room to calm down next thing I know I'm being told to stop sulking, am I being a spoiled brat ?, it was to many things at once, I just dont understand, i hate moving, am I at fault, I just wanted to be helpful and clear my things, i hate myself.

I can't do anything right.

Awww hun @Cats101 ,

Sorry to hear this has happened. Sounds like there's a lot going on for you.

To be honest, who doesn't have those moments of overwhelm? I'm sure I have!

Allow yourself to feel. It's okay. You are allowed to have emotions.

Moving, at the best of times, can be super stressful.

Is it possible just to withdraw yourself and create a space for self-compassion until you feel a bit better?

I feel the painting will still be there later.

Hugs
