Lost, isolated, no reason to live 44 years of a traumatic life

I'm glad that you've found this space and felt comfortable enough to share your experiences here. What really stood out to me was how you've maintained an ability to still stay open and willing to care for others through your volunteer work, using your experiences to foster compassion for others. That a really lovely trait, and something that is especially valuable here on the forums.

Do you still play guitar? We have whole threads here of members sharing the music they love, if that's something that interests you?

I know there's a lot of responses that you're not wanting to receive, and I get that if you've heard these over and over that they grow tired and lose their meaning. I am wondering if there's a response you are hoping for? Or perhaps you just wanted the space to share and don't really require a response here, which is okay too.

@M23456 What kind/genre of music do you play. I can’t sing at all. Did not get selected for school choir in any year!
I hope you can get something out of the forums. There are many people here who never got married or had kids, who feel isolated, who definitely wish they were financially secure etc, so at the very least there’s fellowship.
