Hey @Dk5 , in what sense?
I tend to have a very short fuse, but since going through my own mental health journey, I have learnt to be compassionate towards others and thus become more patient with people.
Does that make sense?

I feel the same way @tyme
I feel like there's been a paradigm shift in the way I look at things now.
A quote to ponder, from Lao Tzo:
"Nature does not hurry, but everything is accomplished."

@Dk5 with your finger draw circles on the palm ✋🏼 of your hand.
Or brush a horse.
If you are tense, anxious, irritated. Horses won’t respond well to you.
They are a Flight animal. They are hyper sensitive to tension.
