Hey @Former-Member
Emotions are up with trying to accept that this relationship is not going to work. I think after doing some research that he has avoidance coping. I think when he turns the conversation to my faults and mental health is a way for him to avoid. I do have low self-esteem problems as well as many other problems. But this relationship is not good for me the way it is.
How are you doing today

@Glenn942 I'm sorry to hear what you are going through. It sounds very much like he doesn't value how you are feeling. Recognising that the relationship isn't good for you really shows that you want better for yourself and you definitely deserve better.
I'm doing ok thankyou. Have you got anything planned for the day?

@Former-Member Yeah just coming to terms with it is hard.
Today I need to deal with the bureaucracy of Centrelink proving I am looking for and want a job. And also trying to get my tax from last year done. Just so hard to navigate the bureaucracy. Also have to get ready for an interview for tomorrow at 12.
One step in the right direction at a time and I'll get There,🤞

@Glenn942 coming to terms with it is definitely hard.
Dealing with centrelink is never fun and neither is trying to sort out tax.
One step at a time and you got this 😊.

Hi @Dizzy4
Good day today. It was a bit cooler so I could do things to keep my mind away from overthinking. Mornings are worst but not helping having a drink at night. I know it's not good for depression but I'll move on from that soon. plucked up the courage to call my mum today who is 95 in a nursing home with dementia. Was able to have a positive effect on her so that was bitter sweet.
Hope everyone treated you well at the op shop today. Can be difficult at times with customers.
Job interview tomorrow but not feeling very excited about it.
Thanks for the reply.
Have a great night

@Glenn942 yes, thankfully today was cooler. I just went out for a walk and i was actually a bit cold!
No annoying customers for me. I work out the back, sorti ng, pricing etc. I enjoy the other vollies company, and the 40 min drive there on a quiet country road.
Job interviews are never anything to look fwd to, but ironically the wait and anticipation afterwards usually is. Really hope all goes well for you if thats what you want (i mean u might not really want the job)🙃.
I'll think of you tmoro morning when i wake..i so hate mornings too. I just get the 'what's the point of being and doing on this stupid huge roundish thing thats whizzing around the universe'. My neg thoughts get started b4 i even move muscle🤬. I might try and use myy facial muscles for a quick smile as soon as i wake up, and see what transpires, lol. Night💤
