Hello @Mr_stress,
Are you feeling up and down at the moment, that sounds hard? What are your plans for the day?

Dear @Mr_Stress,
Do you mean your mood is going up and down as if you were on a jumping Castle? That must feel so distressing, and it is not normal, so I am afraid you are going to need to seek help. Do you have a medical professional (doctor, psychologist. psychiatrist) you can trust? It might be imporant to speak to them now.Don't wait weeks to get an appointment, explain the situation and say you have to see someone NOW.
In the meantime, ring one of the helplines (SANE or beyondblue) so that you can talk over what is going on with a trained professional. It really helps to talk to someone and get things off your chest.
