retrograde
In astronomy field, when a planet appears to go backwards in orbit they call it retrograde action.
But it doesn't actually go backwards. Just appears so because it's slowed down so much relative to the position and movement of other bodies in orbit.
So, it's very much an illusion or mirage.
Planets Mars and mercury are retrograde atm.
I think sometimes our journey in the sphere of mental health could be like that sometimes and I know I seem to go retrograde and you might have periods like that but if each day we keep turning up for the ride we'll.. we might just be going as meant to. Only suffering the appearance of not moving ahead at all.
I hope we can see through the trick of the eye we sometimes observe ourselves with to notice, hey - I'm still ok. I'm just moving at my own pace for now.
