I'm hearing you.

Sounds so difficult to have to sit with a 'relapse' (?). Would you even term it a 'relapse'?

Yet I hear the emotions that drive you to use alcohol, and I also hear the feelings after realising what you have done - not to mention that it sounds like you end up feeling worse?

As much as I can go into the shoud, could, would...

What do you think your next steps are?
