Re: Withdrawals

I feel like my brain is going to explode. I am getting hot and cold. 2 hours sleep and the sleep I had was just nightmares. Can't stop being violently ill. My stomach goes from stabbing pains to pure car sickness. And the doctors want me to start my new meds tomorrow. I don't think so. Work is so mad at me for calling in sick. Even though every day this week I've stayed back and did the work of three and oh yes the panic attacks non stop panic attacks. I'm just tiered and miserable and can't get comfy and when I see my doctor today demand he give me a needle to stop puking.

Re: Withdrawals

And my other the top Mum wants me to go into hospital with I reply they will just send me home and say wait it out then she tells me no go to a mental hospital they will help you. I don't want to go to a mental hospital. I'm not suicdal. Im on a bipolar high. I feel confident in myself. Plus I've been cooking cleaning and socialising all week till BOOM my face is in the toilet. So that's stressing me out. And my husband left me and went to work and my cat won't leave my side which is sweet but she wants to lay on my belly and play and I can't do that.

Re: Withdrawals

That sounds horrible, make sure you keep your fluids up if you are vomiting a lot, I hope the doctor can give you something asap to help ease your nausea.

Are you just resting today? Try to sleep as much as you can, even if you lay in bed and listen to music. My cat does that as well, it's nice that they know but yes laying ON the belly and playing would be making things worse.

Hope you start to feel better soon @Former-Member

Re: Withdrawals
