I'm not coping very well

I'm not coping very well

Hi All, just need to hear some of your experiences and how you got through depression. I'm suffering really big time right now and don't know what to do or where to get help? I've got my relaxation music on and have just had a cup of calming tea. I've tried the tense your muscles and the 3 3's. I'm seeing a psychologist, but she is away for a month. I have support from my son anytime I need it, but I don't want to burden him or his wife all the time. I live by myself, I also suffer from PTSD, Agoraphobia and Anxiety, so leaving the unit is a very hard thing for me to do. I would really love to hear from anyone who has been through this or is going through the same thing and to please give me some helpful hints on how to handle this. I feel tense all the time and don't have many happy thoughts, I feel trapped and hopeless. I need some help please.

I don't cope with showers very well I can't spend any longer then 5 minutes in one otherwise I start hear his voice and feeling his hands over my body borderline personality disorder sucks because you can hallucinate and hear them there voice there's still nothing I can do about it I try my hardest to put it off and sometimes I wash myself in the sink because I can't even bring myself to step in the shower some days are painful and others are just terrifying it took me 4 years to shower with just bra and undies and other 2 for camo I still sometimes shower in my clothes still and that's ok were allowed to have these days give yourself more credit just make sure when U feel better do something nice for you ☺️ doesn't make U weaker make U more wiser to yourself hope this helped
