I don’t have the energy…

I don’t understand the way people react to crime.

The idea of “careless driving”, for example, is unfair. Accidents happen. I don’t see the benefit of treating the driver like a criminal.

I wouldn’t have the emotional energy to apportion blame for something like that.

Every little thing, people are like “they should be jailed for life, and deported” and this and that, like there’d be no-one left.

I don’t understand how anyone could have an emotional interest in politics.

I don’t even get the emotional reactions to sports dramas. I love sport, but seriously. Like a high tackle, people are calling for the player to be banned for six weeks.

I just don’t care. And I mean that with a passion. I don’t really care about anything.
