Feeling freaked out

Feeling freaked out

Hi there I am posting about a policeman I'm feeling freaked out when I come across him he's always staring at me with this really menacing look on his face. The other day I was just walking along the street & he saw an empty parking spot & parked then watched me till I was out of sight then he left it makes me so uncomfortable & nervous I haven't done anything wrong.

So sorry to hear you bad experience.

I've also had a bad experience with a former friend, who is a police officer. Could say they used Narcissist behavior and gas lighting tactics

It's left me anxious and stressed.

Always plays the victim. Very sad.

I'm healing but it will take time

I hope your bad experience and those feelings occurred pass soon

Re: Feeling freaked out

Hi @Midrose

I'm really sorry you're experiencing this; it sounds very unsettling.

Trust your instincts, and if you feel unsafe, consider discussing your concerns with someone you trust or reporting the behavior to a local authority.

Your comfort and safety are important.

@Midrose

I can really empathise with you. Not feeling safe enough to walk around your local area is a horrible situation to be in. Do you know this policeman? Is he normally patrolling that area?

If you are feeling threatened it might be good idea to talk with someone who can help. Guess it depends where you live. Are there any help lines that you can call?
