Something’s not right

How do you know?

How do you know?

How do you know what is what and what is real and what is not. I am struggling to tell if I actually have schizoaffective disorder or if I am psychic and the angels and demons and stuff are real and are telling the truth and if I am actually stuck in this fake world where the non human people are just keepinG me trapped here until they get what they want from me and I need to escape before they get me. I really don’t know what is what and idk how other people just know like I am leaning towards being psychic but I could be wrong like I am not perfect so there is always a chance that I am wrong but I don’t think I am and idk I just I really don’t know how other people are so comfortable knowing that their interpretation is real because I am always being told I could be wrong. Idk how to explain it.

Take care @Eden1919 . The "not knowing" space can be a healing space.

@Dimity Unfortunately I don’t find not knowing healing at all quite the opposite. But thanks for being the only one who bothered to answer.

@Eden1919 I didn't really mean that not knowing is healing. But for me the stage of not knowing was sometimes the transition to finding my feet again after psychosis, or at other times when I was unwell it was a chance to take stock and adjust my oral meds and get help and end up avoiding hospitalisation.

I hope you're sleeping better. I was up until 4:30am last night, so I'll have to watch myself.

@Dimity yeah I still can't tell what is what yet I am trying to just focus on what is right in front of me but it is hard. I hope you have been sleeping better not sleeping sucks.

Hi @Eden1919 sounds like you're doing the right thing by focussing on what's in front of you. Hope it gets better soon.

Yes thanks my sleep is better. But I get a bit cranky with the cat sometimes. He's a good companion overall. How's your sleep? Any better?
