I was so overwhelmed yesterday I ran away from my group home. I don't feel so great today.

My mum wasn't a nice person. I didn't have to deal with her much when she was living overseas. Now she is Tassie, and will be visiting Perth soon. I'm overwhelmed with memories and feelings.
I just want it all to stop.
