Human rights violations and discrimination in healthcare system
I've just put in a complaint with the commission of human rights because the hospital keep heightening me, then shooing me away and refusing cancer treatment.
They are discriminating against me for being on the spectrum and it is discrimination. Its no longer just misunderstanding one another. I've made it clear I'm struggling to cope with the hospital because I'm on the spectrum and they've continued to treat me like I can change the way I am and won't treat me properly until I do
Don't for one moment think that it's ok because it's not.
If you are getting shooed off for behaviour when overwhelmed, it's a valid human rights issue and you deserve better treatment.
I just wanted to say this because so many people will say we are. Being dramatic or imagining things or deluded...
But we are not. Just because we aren't blob thinkers that can take it all on and process it all at once, doesn't mean we are stupid or wrong and don't deserve health care.
