BPD and daily life stressors

BPD and daily life stressors

i don’t know how to get me out of this rut I’m going through every waking day... each day I feel disappointed for even just waking up... everyday I wish and hope that I don’t wake up and that everything ends when I close my eyes. I feel like I’m checking out of this life... I’m in pain and suffering emotionally and mentally... all I want is freedom and peace from what I’m on atm... I d9nt know what else I could do to turn things aro7nd, nothing 8n my life is worth fighting for, even just those simple pleasures... how does one feel a little bit better than where I’m at now? Anything I’m willing to try and hope that it’ll help me get out of this rut...

Hey there @MelancholiGal

I am sorry you have been going through some tough times recently.

Have you spoken to your doctor or a mental health professional about these feelings you have been having? I think that might be helpful for you.

I would also encourage you to open up to your friends and family if you can. I know from experience it can be hard to start the conversation and feels awkward at first, but you might be surprised at how much your loved ones care about your mental wellbeing.

I hope things improve soon, we are here to help.

Sending you love and strength,

Coffeesnob

Hey @MelancholiGal

Just checking in on you and your safety atm, I sent you an email earlier this evening.

Would you care to respond just so I know you are safe 🙂

I care about your well-being and safety.

I look forward to speaking to you soon.
